Some dust particles created when grinding, drilling, or cutting concrete or other materials are so tiny they’re invisible to the human eye. Breathable dust can penetrate deep into the lungs, posing a severe health risk across the construction industry.  One of the most hazardous substances is Crystalline silica, which the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), UK, refers to as “the biggest risk to construction workers after asbestos.”

Still, most people in the industry are unaware of how dangerous invisible dust is.
